6" Superbeef Anti-Wrap Ultra Heavy Duty Lift Block Kit

Lift block options for heavy rigs are just very limited when you start looking at 5" or more and we really wanted to provide a permanent option to RV & Ambulance 4x4 conversion customers that solved for both the weight capacity and the importance of keeping the axle from wrapping under load. It's always nice to have custom leaf packs built for your rig which we can certainly do, but not everyone wants to spend the $2500-$3000 to get that done.

About

Our Superbeef lift block solution is a universal 6" lift block designed primarily for Ford & GM Vans, though they will fit trucks just the same. Our fabricated design features a 2.5" wide footprint with a 6" long base and a 12" long cap with heavy duty retaining clamps to keep the axle situated and mitigate axle wrap which can reduce traction among other things.

To say these are overbuilt is an understatement. These fully boxed units feature 1/2" thick sidewalls and are welded completely. They have been vetted on several 12,000lb+ rigs and are likely good for well more than that.

These blocks are only available in 6" lift form and they are tapered to accommodate proper pinion angle. They play well with both our 5" and 6" 4x4 conversions.

Watch your clearance

These work great for most RV's and cutaways, but some E-350 RV-style DRW vans, namely Chinooks have extremely tight clearance where the tire seats up against the leaf springs and it can be very tight with these. If you have one of these vans, we recommend mocking up wheels and tires with approx lift height to verify your clearances prior to ordering. We haven't had any fitment concerns on E-450s, Ambulances, or Schoolies. 

Ordering

When you order this kit, you'll need to specify your vehicle and the thickness of the leaf pack overall down near the axle tube. This determines both the U-bolt size for the blocks, and the anti-wrap brackets. 

Fitment Designed for: 

Van Side - 2008-current E-series and G-series vans, recommended for E-350 & E-450 / G3500 & G4500 vans weighing more than 10,000lbs.  

Tools Required:

Standard hand tools, pneumatic impact gun + deep sockets, torque wrench

Included:

Blocks (2) , Axle u-bolts (4), Anti-wrap brackets & u-bolts (4) 

Tips / Skill aevel:

1-10 (10 being the most difficult) Level 2

This product may work with other model vehicles. 

Tighten u-bolts in an even x-type pattern to the following specs

- Pass 1 = 37 ft lbs      - Pass 4 = 146 ft lbs
- Pass 2 = 74 ft lbs      - Pass 5 = 170 ft lbs
- Pass 3 = 111 ft lbs

If you require a particular carrier, please contact us ahead of your purchase.  Customers in Colorado may arrange for in-person pickup within 1-2 business days of purchase. 
• Shipping/Fulfillment time for components: Shipping varies by product, but we try our best to ship within 1-2 business days of ordering. Combined or larger orders may take longer so if you are working on a tighter timeframe, we advise contacting us prior to purchase. 
• Taxes: Colorado residents must pay a sales tax of 7.5%, no sales tax is collected on out-of-state shipments currently. 
• Quality and Returns:  We are consistently complimented on the quality of our products and the ease of installation. Fabricated components are generally hand-built here in Colorado by seasoned professionals. Replacement or aftermarket parts are only offered in high-grade options.
  
  If you are in any way disappointed in the components, we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping when the product is returned within 30 days of receipt. If you decide to return any components that didn't apply to your build or you changed your mind about, a shipping +15 % restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
