GM HD Center link & tie rods for Hi-lift vans
Description:
This high-clearance GM van center link is a modified version of the original center link found in your van. It has been re-engineered to correct the steering geometry associated with lifting your van more than a few inches. Additionally, this setup allows you to run a truck tie-rod on the van link, vastly increasing the options for heavy duty tie-rods which are a weak point of the van steering.
Core:
This is one of our few products with a core charge. Buyers will be provided with a pre-paid FedEx return label to return their original center-link in the box. Upon the return of your original center link, you will be refunded $125. The total cost of the part is only $270 plus your original center link.
Function:
This is a modified version of the Hi Clearance center link we build for conventional GM 4x4 vans. You can read up a little more on that page about the function, but in short, this corrects for diff clearance while improving geometry for lifted vehicles.
Additionally, the link has mounting points for K-series tie rods from 2001-2010 2500/3500 series Silverado/Sierra trucks. You can see in the photos here just how much larger the tie-rods are for these HD trucks than the original van tie rods. We have been using a BD tie-rod assembly which claims both the ball joint and rod size is 1.5x the size of the standard truck tie-rod. Additionally, the ball joint has a far greater range of motion leading to reduced fatigue with increased suspension travel. You may use any brand 2001-2010 2500/3500 series Tie rod that has similar ball joint dimensions.
Compatibility:
This center link setup is designed to work with our suite of Hi-lift products, including: knuckles, upper control arms, and carriage system. Fitment / compatibility is not guaranteed on any custom projects, however it's likely that the setup will fit with few modifications.

- Shipping: Our components are carefully wrapped & packaged and shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on what is available. If you require a particular carrier, please contact us ahead of your purchase. Customers in Colorado may arrange for in-person pickup within 1-2 business days of purchase.
- Shipping/Fulfillment time for components: We typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order and we carefully monitor our inventory. In the event that we are unable to meet that timeframe, we will contact you and arrange either a full refund or a timeframe for fulfillment agreeable to the customer.
- Taxes: Colorado residents must pay a sales tax of 7.5%, no sales tax is collected on out-of-state shipments currently.

Quality and Returns: We are consistently complimented on the quality of our products and the ease of installation. Fabricated components are generally hand-built here in Colorado by seasoned professionals. Replacement or aftermarket parts are only offered in high-grade options.
If you are in any way disappointed in the components, we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping when the product is returned within 30 days of receipt. If you decide to return any components that didn't apply to your build or you changed your mind about, a shipping +15 % restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
