Description:

Silverado knuckles and Chevy Express knuckles are similar but they do not directly interchange. The K series knuckle is too short for the vans to keep your ride height correct and your camber within spec. If you bolt a K series hub up to the G series knuckle, the brake caliper bracket and pads also do not align correctly with the rotor.

This simple CNC cut powder-coated mild steel spacer gives you just the right adjustment to run a K series hub on your G series van knuckles, you don't have to swap your brakes, knuckles or upper control arms. Just drop these right in with your new hubs and you've got a safe and affordable drive-ready system to transfer power from your front CVs to the wheels. 

Fitment Designed for: 

Van Side - 2003-2022 Chevrolet Express 2500/3500/4500 series vans. 

Hub Side - Made for use with 2007.5-2010 Chevrolet Silverado K2500/K3500 Hubs, Moog Part number 515098. Wheel pattern 8x6.5. 

Tools Required:

Standard hand tools minimum, pneumatic tools, and torque wrench recommended. Threadlocker adhesive required. 

Construction Notes:

5/16" CNC cut A36 mild steel, powder-coat

Tips / Skill Level:

1-10 (10 being most difficult) Level 2

This product may work with other model vehicles. 

Torque Spec on hub assembly bolts 133ft-lbs, threadlocker advised. Torque spec on large CV retainer nut is 177 ft-lbs.

  • Shipping: Our components are carefully wrapped and packaged and ship UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on what is available. If you require a particular carrier, please contact us ahead of your purchase.  Customers in Colorado may arrange for in-person pickup within 1-2 business days of purchase taking noted lead times into consideration. 
  • Shipping/Fulfillment time for components: We typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order and we carefully monitor our inventory. In the event that we are unable to meet that timeframe, we will contact you and arrange either a full refund or a timeframe for fulfillment agreeable to the customer. 
  • Taxes: Colorado residents must pay sales tax of 7.5%, no sales tax is collected on out-of-state shipments currently. 
  • Quality and Returns: We are consistently complimented on the quality of our products and the ease of installation. Components are hand-built here almost exclusively in Colorado by seasoned professionals who are fanatics about design and execution. If you are in any way disappointed in the components we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping when the product is returned. If you decide to return any components that didn't apply to your build or you changed your mind about, shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase refund.
