Ford E-Series
Research
Here you can explore the different types of kits we offer, see what’s included in our popular core kit, and identify the remaining components needed to complete your 4x4 conversion. If you're ready to purchase a kit, use the form at the bottom to request a full build sheet for your specific van and situation.
Core kit
This is our standardized E-Series 4x4 van conversion kit and most popular offering. It includes all components necessary to install the axle, lift the van, address steering and stabilization for the truck/van interchange. The kit also covers transfer case shifting, brake line concerns, shock mounting differences, and various small components to expedite your build.
We provide all the non-over-the-counter components needed for the conversion, along with a printed and bound color manual that details every aspect of the build process.
Please note, this kit does not include shocks, stabilizer shocks, axle with steering linkages, driveshafts, wheels, tires, transmission conversion, or transfer case. Below, you will find a list of included components and the additional parts required to complete the conversion.
Everything But the axle
Our everything but the axle kit includes all components listed in the core kit as well as: shocks, stabilizer shocks, sway bar, driveshafts, transfer case, and the recommended components we use to rebuild the 2005-2010 Superduty axle.
This is the easiest way to get most everything you need ready to roll, except the front axle core which is widely available most everywhere in the country.
This kit does not include front pinion and inner axle seals, wheels, tires, exhaust modification or transmission conversion components. Below, you will find a list of included components and notes about additional model specific requirements.
Pre-runner (staged)
For some, it makes sense to stage a 4x4 conversion or start by lifting the van. The issue with typical 2WD Econoline lift kits is that almost nothing is reusable if you decide to convert it to 4x4 later.
Our Pre-runner kit addresses this by covering the minimum requirements, focusing on getting the axle underneath and lifting the van without dealing with transmission, driveshaft, transfer case, or other costly components of the full 4x4 build.
This process is still a significant part of the overall conversion, but it eliminates waste and reduces the initial investment in your chassis build.
