What we do

PARTS MANUFACTURING

We specialize in manufacturing and distributing parts for 4x4 van conversions. Our focus is on DIY 4x4 conversion kits, and we are dedicated to supporting the 4x4 van community. While we don't provide service work, we have sold kits and to many locations and are happy to recommend previous shops we’ve had positive experiences with.

LEARN, BUILD, IMPROVE
We built and worked on many 4x4 conversion vans in the past and the results show in our products. Our specialty has always been to optimize both our own conversions and other manufacturer's designs. We offer solutions for new builds, earlier Timberline rigs, and upgrades/fixes for existing 4x4 conversions.

Van conversion information shouldn’t be shrouded in secrecy. Our policy has always been to provide as much information to builders as possible. You won’t find CNC cut files on our site, but we are working towards making all the data we’ve collected over the years available. Our products, information, and support will vastly cut down on the hurdles to making your dream 4x4 van a reality.
