Description:

These Ford Econoline front brake lines are direct replacements for the soft lines that run between the coil bucket and the brake caliper. Our brake lines are designed to work for E-series vans years 1975-current and are good for between 3 and 8 inches of front lift which covers the bulk of conversions out there. 

Fittings are articulated to make for proper routing of hose and when installed correctly, keep the line away from the tire. Kit includes zip ties for brake lines, as sensor lines and new copper crush washers. 

A handful of vans have what we call a non-standard left front brake line fitting with 2 inputs and 1 output. We've seen this on 1994-1997 vans only thus far. Please inspect your left front brake line before ordering if you have a pre-2001 van. 

Fitment Designed for: 

Van Side - 1975-current Ford E-150/250/350/450 Vans with disk front brakes

Truck Side - Suitable for 2WD Vans with lift kits and Solid axle Superduty and Leaf-spring variant Trucks. 

Tools Required:

Standard hand tools. Stiff hose pick used for removing OE c-clip, 11 and 13mmm brake line wrenches helpful, but not always necessary. 

Included:

2 Hoses, zip ties, locking c-clips, and crush washers.

Construction Notes:

OEM style hoses are constructed specifically for this application, DOT FMVSS106 and SAEJ1401 certifications, pressure tested to 3000psi, fittings are zinc plated, c-clips included

Tips / Skill Level:

1-10 (10 being most difficult) Level 2 - Basic hose routing principles required.

  • Shipping: Our components are carefully wrapped and packaged and ship UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on what is available. If you require a particular carrier, please contact us ahead of your purchase.  Customers in Colorado may arrange for in-person pickup within 1-2 business days of purchase taking noted lead times into consideration. 
  • Shipping/Fulfillment time for components: We typically ship within 1-2 business days of your order and we carefully monitor our inventory. In the event that we are unable to meet that timeframe, we will contact you and arrange either a full refund or a timeframe for fulfillment agreeable to the customer. 
  • Taxes: Colorado residents must pay sales tax of 7.5%, no sales tax is collected on out-of-state shipments currently. 
  • Quality and Returns: We are consistently complimented on the quality of our products and the ease of install. Components are hand-built here almost exclusively in Colorado by seasoned professionals who are fanatics about design and execution. If you are in any way disappointed in the components we will issue a full refund less the cost of shipping when the product is returned. If you decide to return any components that didn't apply to your build or you changed your mind about, shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase refund.
